Police clash with protesters rallying against Vox leader’s visit in Ceuta

Riot police officers clashed with hundreds of protesters rallying against the visit of the leader of the far-right party Vox, Santiago Abascal, in Ceuta on Monday. Officers fired rubber balls and hit protesters with batons after they gathered to show their anger at what they saw as an act of provocation by the far-right party. According to the authorities, they mostly included the opponents of Abascal as well as dozens of his supporters. Rival groups staged their protests despite a court ban on demonstrations. Police later intervened to disperse the rallies. Subscribe to our channel! Video ID: Video on Demand: Contact: cd@ Twitter: Facebook:
