Boundary-crossing folk album inspired by the adventures of 19th Century British whalers in the South Seas. Kings of the South Seas are... Ben Nicholls- vocal, concertina. Richard Warren- guitar, vocal. Evan Jenkins- drums, vocal. Based on the British forebitter of the 1880’s. A watch was four hours long and an extra bell would ring each half hour throughout. Eight bells indicated the end of the watch. Supported using public funding by The National Lottery through Arts Council England and by EFDSS.
