«Between The Lines» (Cornetto Love Stories)

Two actors, are thrown together in a casting session where they must give an over blown confession of love to each other, read awkwardly from a script. The director, our cupid, sees a fleeting flash of genuine emotion below their uncomfortable veneer that wins them the job. What follows is a fractured, fast paced, emotive ride as we see the next two months of the plays production. We follow the lives of this would-be couple, inside and outside of the theatre, as they are gently guided by their director and their own feelings start to take over. Can two scripted individuals abandon the performance and allow themselves to genuinely fall in love with each other?
