Work out the Kinks // Neck and Shoulder PAIN RELIEF

In this video I show you how to use a ball on the wall to work out knots in your neck and shoulders at home. Improve posture, prevent headaches, and reduce neck and shoulder pain by releasing tightness in the muscles in the neck, back, and shoulders. Great for cooling down after an intense upper body workout or anytime you feel the need to work out a knot or tight spot in your neck or back. This helpful standing self massage technique to work out the kinks is reminiscent of a bear scratching against a tree. So have fun with it and explore the areas of the back and neck that will open up and relax in the process. I’m using a standard lacrosse ball, but you can also use a tennis ball, whatever you have available. A tennis ball is hollow, and will have more give than a solid lacrosse ball.
