Making a Spinnerbait

Spinnerbaits are one of those lures that really do well at finding fish and avoiding snags. I don’t fish them that often for pike but on slow days it is something i reach for and then after something rolls and grabs it i wonder why i didn’t start out with one as first choice. For this project I thought I would cobble together some bits from the workbench and the tackle box to make my own little spinner bait pattern and then use some high temperature rtv silicone ( Amazon link ) to cast some lead free pewter. I recently bought a box of mixed spinner blades and have really come to like willow blades they have fast action and spin in tight diameter.
