It was a fun week learning new songs and playing in rock bands with other kids their age. This was the boys’ second year and Bellamy’s first. She picked bass guitar as her instrument of choice and tonight’s song is one of the songs she learned for camp. When she came home she asked if we could all play it together. Even though we’ve covered it before, (we played the original Buddy Holly version about 3 years ago) we didn’t have Bellamy on bass. This upbeat version is more like how the Rolling Stones’ did it.
