This is a clip from the 2011 film Samsara, directed by Ron Fricke. This scene depicts French performance artist, Olivier de Sagazan covering himself in clay in an office setting. Of course, we all wear masks (metaphorically speaking ;). What some of us don’t realize is that our “normal“ faces only thinly veil our pure, primal nature which lurks underneath... This clip is meant to illustrate the extremes of the human condition. Regardless of its suggested meaning, it is an artistic expression.
