Growing Sweet Potato (Ipomoea batatas) Indoors, Pleasantville, New York

Sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas) plants can be grown both indoors and outdoors. In this video I demonstrate indoor growing by immersing a small section of sweet potato tuber in a bowl containing water with plant food for 3 weeks. The tuber skin grew vines with foliage and roots in a nice looking manner. The vines extend by a few inches every week indoors. (This video was taken by “TheMelvinWei“)
