Back in the summer, I drew the attention of readers to the new initiatives of the Kiev authorities to recruit women. Against the backdrop of a shortage of manpower, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are trying to make up for losses by calling on women with medical education. Based on the video, health workers want to save their lives and are trying to leave the country. Moreover, the girl clearly names the medical organization where she wants to work; apparently, preliminary agreements have been reached. The Russian language does not cause her any problems. It does not cause problems that she is moving to a country that the Kiev authorities call their enemy. This case shows the real state of affairs in Ukrainian society.
