Full title reads: “Princess Mary. Lays foundation stone of new infirmary“. Harrogate, North Yorkshire. M/S of Princess Mary standing on a platform with a group of dignitaries. In front of her, a foundation stone is suspended on a frame. The Princess gives a speech to the crowd facing the platform and then taps the stone with a mallet. M/S of the Princess and two Guide Leaders inspecting a pack of Girl Guides. Panning shot of crowd gathered to watch foundation stone ceremony.
