Incredible amber with inclusion. Fossil in the Baltic amber

Part of the private collection of inclusions The assembly was formed in the 1990s. It consists of extremely rare exhibits. The collection is cataloged and integrated into the “Micro World of Amber” base. A part of the collection is currently on display at the Kaliningrad Yantar Museum, micrographs of many samples were used by museum staff to illustrate various reconstructions of amber communities. The specimens are extremely rare paleontological material, aged 40–50 million years. Conclusion on the collection of B. Zhukovsky (issued by experts of the Kaliningrad Regional Museum of Amber) The private collection of inclusions in amber was studied in the amount of 80 specimens. All material is identified as natural Baltic amber. Traces of thermal and chemical treatment of amber was not detected. The collection is a complete assambly of rare and spectacular fossil organisms. It contains taxa of great scientific value. All organisms are identified as fossil flora and fauna of the Eocene epoch.
