Dozens killed, hundreds wounded after unprecedented attack in Israel

Dozens are dead and hundreds more injured after an unprecedented attack by Hamas fighters inside Israel. The attack started with rockets fired from inside the Gaza Strip, and Hamas then breached a border wall separating Gaza and Israel and stormed the streets of nearby border towns.
