Test 7 - KOMA Elektronik - Field Kit (Electro Acoustic Workstation)

This is the seventh of many tests involving the KOMA Elektronik Field Kit, a device that allows for creative experiments that are reminiscent of Musique concrète. This experiment focuses on a submergible contact mic (Crank Sturgeon, Etsy); a solenoid beat with marbles, springs, and a guitar string; the 0-Coast with a water sensor (minimal use); a toy motor run through a contact mic. A number of effects are also used. In retrospect, I wish I could have miked the solenoid a bit differently. Well, that’s why it’s called experimentation!
