In this 35 Min COMPACT Full Body Kettlebell Workout | Strength Endurance | High Volume
, we will have 6 bundles of 4 movements with 1 movement being performed for 3x rounds in total and other 3x movements for only 1x round in between. We will be performing each movement for 40 seconds with only 15 seconds rest in between and a 25 seconds of rest between each bundle. At the end of the workout as a finisher there will be 2 movements for 30 seconds.
