The dissatisfied Tories spoken to by the Mail on Sunday said plans to bring Mr Johnson back aim to salvage their chances at the next general election. The MPs say a Johnson-Farage double act is the only way to prevent the loss of the so-called Red Wall seats and an electoral thrashing by Keir Starmer.
