Episode one features artistic gymnast Kyle Shewfelt describing his Athens 2004 floor exercise routine that made him an Olympic champion. Shewfelt won Canada’s first Olympic medal in artistic gymnastics and remains the only Canadian athlete to do so. #TeamCanada
