How to make a fake window!

How to make a fake window that gives out a feeling of natural light from LEDs. Using a large picture frame, strip LEDs, some glue, timber, aluminium foil, a few screws and some window vinyl. Great for brightening up the loft, annex, shed, garage or barn!
