I Found A Cave With Ancient Symbols In The Utah Desert Using Google Earth

I was looking over an area of sandstone out in the Utah desert using Google Earth and I felt like it might be worth going out and having a look. I liked the fact that it had lots of ledges and what seemed to be alcoves, big boulders, lots of sandstone. A nice wide drainage running through the cliffs and the area was very close to some mountains. Just had a good feeling about the place. It basically had all the indications that this would be a good site for people to hang around in and possibly leave some marks on the rock. What I ended up discovering was much more than I had originally expected! First I encountered almost completely exfoliated (weathered) symbols that match symbols (or rock art) found hundreds of miles away in Nevada and those images have been dated to be extremely old. Connection? Sure, why not. Next I found a (new to me) cave that more than likely has had humans occupying it for thousands of years.
