Route 66 Road Trip Stops in Illinois

Illinois is the last state that we drove through on our 14 day Route 66 journey. For most people, this will be the first state as the route is most often traveled from east to west. We found a lot of great spots in Illinois with the Gemini Giant, Cozy Dog Drive-In and the Pontiac Museum being some of our favorites.
