35 year old Failed life: Over emotional and Socially Anxious

Hit a point in life where I feel these years have all been fails, I don’t feel like I should at this age, Life feels over I have nothing I should have by now and as a male, the anxiety and the depression that comes with failing as a man, is over whelming.
