Bees are beautiful creatures and vital for our food production, but imperfect navigation at close quarters means some rough and tumble at the hive entrance. This shows the outside of the entrance to a honeybee hive, filmed at 1200 frames per second (last shot is 400fps) on a Nikon 1 J1 camera, playback in slow motion.
