Stratovarius - Unbreakable 【Bass cover w/ play along TABS】

This is my bass cover & play along TABS version of Unbreakable by Stratovarius! I transcribed this from both the album version and various live versions, then put them all together, and that’s what I’m playing here (Also added some secret djent thumb ;) I really like some parts that Lauri Porra plays live on this, like the fill in the last chorus. There’s also a little capo trick that I used to be able to play the fast unison part after the second chorus. For the tone, use quite a lot of distortion to get some dirt on the sound. I boosted some mid frequencies slightly to cut through better. Also metal bass should usually be played fairly hard, both with pick and fingers, as it gives the sound more aggressiveness and metal clank.
