Due to popular demand I thought I would record a play-along video with a close up on the fretboard. If you are good enough to be doing two-hand tapping, you are good enough to be able to play this at full speed. After tapping, either flick off down towards the floor or by pulling your finger in towards the palm of your hand. That makes four different ways of using your right hand (left hand for lefties!). As for the fretting hand, use whichever fingers you like - it’s really about what is easiest for you to handle as there is a lot to be thinking about especially when it gets quicker.
