Dirty Cello - Janis Joplin’s Wake

Here’s a video with an interesting story. We had just wrapped up a music festival in Eureka, California, and I had an idea to go film a music video at the coolest vintage clothing store - Redwood Retro. I called the store, who referred me to the owner, who texted the seller at the store, who agreed to stay late, who texted me and arranged for us to come in late at night and film this video. If you’ve never heard the song, that’s because it’s new! We’ll be playing this one, plus more new ones, plus some old favorites, at our show at Sebastopol Hopmonk on March 25 at 8 pm.
