Yamaha PSR-12 Keyboard Review and Song (YM3812 Synth Chip Sound Blaster 2.0)

Hello again! Here is a short review of the old school Yamaha PSR-12 Keyboard. It comes equipped with the Yamaha YM3812 FM Synthesis Chip that was used on the Creative Sound Blaster 2.0 cards. I love those old school tones and I hope you do too! In this video I’ll walk you through the basic features of the keyboard and play through some of my favorite sounds. Afterwards, I’ll record a quick multi-track song using the tones from this keyboard and some drums from my computer. Check out some of my other videos! I love using old school equipment to make new school songs. Here’s a fun single I wrote using the delightful Casio MT-240 keyboard, a Korg MS-20 Mini, Cubase, and some sweet 80s lyrics. Bust out your neon pants and enjoy! Spotify: --iTunes: -- Google Play Music: , and more! Inspired by Depeche Mode, Information Society, Tina Turner, and The 8-Bit Guy! Stay tuned for my upcoming album release, which will be available on iTunes, Spotify, Google Play Music, and more!
