wasn’t born for bright
The sun was shining for me
The white men kept on “laught“
Before my eyes opened wide
But something wasn’t right
Cause someone slapped me harder
I’m still feeling pain
So I was shocked and I began to cry
I slowly realized, it wasn’t violence
It was a strength all around
They called it light
And I was driving my machine
A truck was crossing - reanimated
B-movies ’bout my life - passing by
I begged for letting me go
But then I felt the truth so clear
That ugly tunnel light so near
It hasn’t be a light which ends me
Just bring me back on my feet
Away from light
I’m lying under my bed
Windows darken by some sheets
Starring at the candle
It seems to be my only friend
Only death can stop the fire
At the end I will be free
Where they hide I’m in love
I’m laughing where they cry
I’m one with the dark
I was born at 2:05
Will I survive?
