How to run The Settlers Fourth Edition on (Windows 7, 8, 10)

Hello everyone I hope this video will further help you to play The Settlers Fourth Edition. I added more fixes than I had in the previous video. Hopefully I made it a lot easier for people to follow and a little less clunky. I am leaving the old video up mainly for people with windows 7 if they would like to attempt to run it without the DXGL program. I will leave a link to the old video in the Links section.
