LIVE: Live of Berlin skyline on NYE after fireworks cancelled due to COVID

A New Year’s Eve spectacle is usually held in the city, with the largest show taking place at Brandenburg gate. This year, public gatherings with fireworks have been cancelled by the state, due to the ongoing rapid spread of the Omicron COVID-19 variant.
