Tibetans In Exile Protest As China’s Communist Party Marks 100 Years

Tibetans in exile staged a protest against the Chinese Communist Party outside the Chinese Embassy in the national capital. Visuals that surfaced on social media showed the Tibetans donning placards and raising slogans against the Chinese Communist Party. In addition, the Tibetans were also seen donning the Tibetan flag masks. Some of the protesters present were raising slogans of ’Free Tibet’. However, authorities soon detained the protesters. The protests come ahead of the CCP’s centenary celebrations.
