Today, on April 23, Sergei Prokofiev’s birthday, we are delighted to share with you this video of a rehearsal of his ballet “Romeo and Juliet“ choreographed by Leonid Lavrovsky. Featuring two principals of the Mariinsky ballet company, Viktoria Tereshkina (Juliet) and Xander Parish (Romeo), coachs and repetiteurs Lyubov Kunakova and Nikita Shcheglov as well as accompanist Ia Kroshilova.
