President Vladimir Putin delivers his annual State of the Nation address

Vladimir Putin will deliver his annual state of the nation address to both houses of the Russian parliament today. It comes just over two weeks before a presidential election which is all but certain to hand him another six-year term. According to Russian news agency RIA, the address is set to be screened at cinemas in 17 Russian cities.
