“No More Babies’, taken from a 1947 ’One Minute News’ reel by British Pathe. This is filmed in the Dorchester Hotel in London. Mrs Margaret Slee is the President of America Planned Parenthood Federation, interviewed by Pathe’s John Parsons. Although this clip is cut short, Mrs. Slee’s proposition was actually that there were no more babies in developing countries for the next ten years.
