Each arch is pieced up by 4 pieces to combine together to form the rounded vault roof structure. 3:40 HALLWAY - Hidden Storage Hallway has hidden cabinets with solid wood French brasserie and they are matte spray painted with white spray finish for the wood grains to be visible. 4:14 POWDER ROOM There is a concealed door to the powder room. The curved wall panels are customized in selected light blue with gold cladding finish spray paint. Walls in the powder room are painted with Italian stucco finish. 5:06 DINING ROOM The dry kitchen island is a Calacatta Gold marble which is very rare to obtain. 9:16 KITCHEN The rounded scullery counter top, backsplash and shelf are also made from Calacatta Gold stone finish. The cabinets are solid wood and fully spray painted with a customized white and gold finish. The wooden grains would be very visible and exquisite. 13:11 LIVING ROOM Behind the sofa sits a full height storage cabinet which is also hidden like a feature wall; it uses the coplanar sliding system where the sliding door can be flushed seamlessly with the walls. This oakwood and French brasserie finish also bring out elegance with a smart storage system. 16:54 SEASONAL CORNER HG Works has combined different backgrounds, panels, finishes and coatings with distinct trimmings to suit a plethora of niches. 17:48 CONSERVATORY The floor is highly customized using specially selected pieces of marble, with a design planned piece by piece. The concave fluted wall panels are in a light Tiffany Blue with metallic gold spray paint finish. HG Works also exclusively built a specially selected galvanized mild steel structure for the roses to cater to Singapore’s weather conditions. 21:10 STAIRS The curved stairs embody a highly customized curved glass. With a radius this small, it is almost impossible to fabricate in Singapore hence HG Works custom fabricated it with their overseas partners to bring it to Singapore. 22:10 LIFT HG Works did an alteration from the original layout of the house to specifically build the lift shaft. 24:12 GYM There is a skylight integrated with the ceiling for natural sunlight during workouts. The floor is engineered oak flooring which is more durable than parquet flooring. 24:45 BALCONY HG Works extended the balcony to make room for a bigger walk-in wardrobe on Level 2. 26:00 SPA ROOM The walls and ceiling are covered in Italian stucco finishes with a velvety feel. 27:50 TERENCE’S WARDROBE Terence’s wardrobe is a full height wardrobe utilizing the coplanar sliding system with specially selected hinges, which neatly hides the wardrobes and doubles up as walkway panels to the bedroom. A pearl-like finish has also been mixed into the spray paint to create a pearl based champagne gold finish. 28:59 MASTER BATHROOM The main feature wall is a Rosa Portugal marble and the elegant arches for the shower area are specially constructed with HG Works’ overseas partners.
