35 days Booty Challenge 🍑 With or Without Resistance Bands

Episode 1 of the 5 weeks booty program is here! This program uses resistance bands but don’t worry if you don’t have one. Every episode has non band exercises as well. I would recommend you try the no bands booty workout version for a week or two until you find it easy, then progress to using resistance bands.
