BLISTER - a tactical FPS developed by myself and another at Item_42 - will feature a few modular destructible offices. I have been experimenting with various techniques to simulate dynamic destruction and some more controlled trigger effects that make the process much more believable.
This is still a work in progress because much of the destructibles still destroy with the default DM voronoi pattern in the UE4 DM editor. I will be importing my own DM seams to better simulate the splintering of grains and t
