After navigating skateboarding’s first Olympic qualifying trials, surviving through a global pandemic, and not to mention battling through an ankle injury, Maurio McCoy has gone through all this and more by keeping his focus clear with a positive mental attitude and coming back stronger than before. While skateboarding wrapped up its postponed debut at the 2020 Tokyo Summer Games this past August in 20201, it ensured an eased travel schedule for Maurio.
