Pilates Theraband and Ball resistance workout

Hi Pilates Lovers, Apologies for the long break between videos! This is a new Theraband and ball workout to add some resistance, increase strength, and tone up! The Theraband definitely seems to be a fan favourite - but if you don’t have one yet, they are super affordable from most sports shops, or online. I highly recommend the investment.
