Watercolor Bunny Painting Demonstration

I got a request to paint more animals so here’s a bunny chewing on some plant :) This video is much longer than my average 12min videos because I edited it so you can see how exactly I work on the hair and all the layers. I do paint in watercolor with layers, especially animals. I start with layers where watercolors are diluted with a lot of water. That’s when I also choose on what colors I will be using. It’s almost like a sketch before I really start working on details. Now, for the details such as hair, whiskers, nose etc I pretty much always use a small round brush, size 0. The eyes, ears, nose, mouth are the most important to focus on, everything else can be blurry and diluted with a lot of water. All the annotations on colors and brushes are in the video.
