Rescue of a Little Bear who had been tied up alone at the Metra Tracks

They had to get the slip on and cut him loose from his leash bring the slip lead back out under and without breaching his boundary of person space. He is named Metrea. He’s safe and he’s very affectionate. Thank you to everyone who cared and stayed waiting for this scruffy cub to get to safety. Huge thanks for the help of everyone involved in rescuing this baby.
