The Bible Gives the Location of Mystery Babylon In Revelation 17:3, John says “There I saw” in the desert wilderness the Woman of Mystery Babylon, the Great City. There are eight Biblical facts that allow a believer to name Mecca as Mystery Babylon. 1. It is in the desert wilderness 2. It sits on seven mountains 3. It rules over the kings of the earth 4. It has a wicked temple 5. It is south of Jerusalem 6. It is very wealthy 7. It believes it has special “queen-like” status and will never mourn 8. It gained its’ wealth from the sea trade Jesus is returning soon. Jesus warns to stay away from Mecca and false Islamic teaching that Jesus is not God and is not the Savior of the world.
