Not an easy peasy lemon squeeze Dance Workout - but a combo of HIIT hip shakes that makes you breathe hard :) For ooooonce, this workout came together so easy! I found the songs and was hyped with 300% energy instantly. It also reminded me a lot of Sweaty Endorphins, since some artists (and therefore voices) overlap :) I got ideas for the moves quickly, it didn’t take me a long time to practice & when we recorded, the 1st take was perfect without mistakes. … Fingers crossed it will be just as easy for you to get into this choreo!
