5 medium bone in, skin on chicken thighs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
For the Sauce
2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
3 cloves chopped garlic
1⁄2 cup Dijon mustard
1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne (Not in video but recommended.)
For the Breadcrumb Dredge
3⁄4 cups bread crumbs
2 medium green onions, sliced
1⁄3 cup powdered parmesan
2 teaspoons paprika
1⁄2 - 3⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (Depending on how much heat you want.)
