In this and the next few episodes, we will look at how to create a simple inventory system.
First we create the visuals and look at how we can open and close the inventory. And pause the game when the inventory is open.
Please remember that this is in no way the only way to create an action RPG in Godot. In most cases there will be several ways to implement a new feature.
