The Village Fire (1909)

Unused / unissued material - Early comedy film - The Village Fire. An old farm hand tries to call out fire brigade, he is sent to the pub then around village shops collecting the volunteer firemen together. They eventually take the hand pump from the fire station and rush off to the fire, stopping off at the pub. Once at the fire everything goes wrong, their hoses leak and then the fire pump catches alight and they try to save their equipment.
