Wheelchair user climbing up some steep stairs, and running out of railing.

Climbing steep stairs is always tougher, when the railing runs out at the top also tough and when my Cam-Locks slip because of under inflated tires, further challenging. Still better than helpful souls straining their backs etc trying to get you some access.
