Cream Cheese 忌廉芝士 180g
Butter 牛油 30g
Milk 牛奶 100g
Egg Yolk 蛋黃 3
Cake Flour 低筋麵粉 10g
Corn Starch 粟粉 20g
Egg White 蛋白 3
Sugar 砂糖 60g
Lemon Juice 檸檬汁 2g
1. Put Cream cheese, butter, milk into a bowl, then put on top of hot water
2. Until all melted and smooth, add egg yolk
3. Add cake flour and corn starch, then sieve it
4. Add lemon juice into egg white, add suger in 3 times, until soft peak
5. Add 1/3 Egg white to egg yolk mixture, mix completely, pour into mold
6. Bake upper heat 180°C lower heat 110°C 30mins, then upper heat 150°C lower heat 110°C 60-70mins. If you don’t have upper lower heat setting, you can bake 150°C 30mins and 110°C 60-70mins.
1. 將忌廉芝士,牛油,牛奶放入碗中,然後放在熱水上
2. 直到融化為止,再加入蛋黃
3. 加入麵粉和粟粉,然後過篩
4. 將檸檬汁加到蛋白中,分3次加糖,直到軟性發泡
5. 在蛋黃混合物中加入1/3蛋清,充分混合,倒入模具中
6. 上火180°C下火110°C 30分鐘,然後上火150°C下火110°C 60-70mins。 如果沒有上下火設定,則可以烘烤150°C 30分鐘和110°C 60分鐘。
