(May 2014) Here is a quick demonstration of some outdoor conditioning from various times throughout the year.
As you can see, it is possible to receive a quality workout outdoors with little or nothing in terms of equipment. The pull-up bar, wheels, and suspension trainer are all homemade. The tire used for the sledgehammer was free.
With a little creativity, you can turn the world around you into a fully functional gym.
