FROM ME TO YOU: The reaction to ’Little Girl Gone’ has been amazing, eye-opening, heart wrenching. I wanted to create a live version of this song which depicts the darker more sinister themes, as well as the strength behind it. Writing this song was liberation for me and I feel that every time I sing it. I wanted to strip away everything and show the vulnerability behind the empowerment. A different angle - the place it comes from. I hope this resonates with you and maybe offers help in some way to those who find strength in it.
