40 Min CONTROL Full Body Dumbbell Workout ( COMPOUND | COMBO | ABS )
In this 40 min CONTROL Full Body Dumbbell Workout, we will have 14 sets of 3 exercises each. 12 of these sets will contain:
Exercise 1: Compound Movement Exercise 2: Combination Movement Exercise 3: Abdominal Movement
The last 2 sets will contain 2 combination movements an abdominal movement.
We will be performing each movement for 40 seconds, followed by a 15-second rest in between. There will be a 30-second rest between each set. After the 7th set, there will be a 50-second rest.“
Let’s get to work!
These are the kettlebells that I am using:
20KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
16KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
12KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)
