OMORI || rolling girl

HAPPY OMORI ANNIVERSARY EVERYONE!! this is .. the first time i’ve ever created something for a fandom’s anniversary on time haha. i think omori found a special place in my heart for several reasons, but one of the most precious was that it was one of the last games my younger sister and i played together :] ! it will always be very special to me because of that. sentimentality aside, i’ve wanted to practice drawing sunny, and then i heard this song and could not stop thinking about how it fit his internal struggle very well -- the idea that he’s been “rolling“ through each day, and how that strain takes a toll each time he puts up with it, and the lull of giving up seems more and more inviting :C if it isn’t clear, this is an animation highlighting the concept of the bad ending. i really want to do an animation for the good ending, and with this video and the previous rpg one, i think i’m getting more comfortable with animating. i’m saving
